Monica Larner writes in the Wine Advocate: "Currently, the estate consists of four parcels, each with different compositions of limestone clay. The four parcels are La Fiorita, Pian Bossolino, Poggio al Sole and Giardinello, and fruit from each is fermented separately in order to decide which grapes go to the Rosso and which go to the Brunello.
