94 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2009 Vinsanto is a 75/25 blend of Assyrtiko and Aidani, aged for 72 months in used oak. It comes in with 280 grams per liter of residual sugar and just 9% alcohol. A full-on dessert wine, this is unctuous and very sweet, but one thing Vinsanto always has is that fine acidity in the background, the feeling of tension segmenting the wine and then lifting the fruit. I've seen some with less perceptible sugar, the key word there being "perceptible," but this is a fine experience still, laced with hints of caramel...
