2008 Sea Smoke Sta. Rita Hills Chardonnay (1.5L)

Sea Smoke's Sta. Rita Hills Chardonnay bottling is only released in magnum format. This means it's meant for a gathering or for people who really, really like to drink a lot of Chard. From the winery: "The 2008 Sea Smoke Chardonnay was aged for a total of 16 months prior to bottling. 2010 DuMol Russian River Valley Chardonnay (1.5L)

91 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2010 Chardonnay is alluring in its beauty. Rich, layered and totally expressive, the 2010 caresses the palate with hints of almonds, orange peel, spices, butter and a hint of French oak. The 2010 is endowed with tons of Russian River character, but with no sense of excess heaviness. The vineyard sources are predominantly Lorenzo and Dutton. Anticipated maturity: 2013-2019. " (04/2013) 90 points Connoisseurs Guide: "*One star* Obvious oak leads the way in the nose here and fruit lags a bit as toast and sweet ...

2017 Domaine Bonneau du Martray Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru (1.5L) (Pre-Arrival)

96 points Decanter: "Anyone who feared that quality would drop after a change of ownership at this historic domaine will be happy to know that this grand cru white is as good as ever. Blending components from three different terroirs and altitudes, it's an elegant, textured, saline white of incredible precision and understated power, with subtle toasty oak and undertones of jasmine and lemongrass. Drinking window 2021-2029. (TA)" (10/2018) 93-95 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2017 Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru is very promising indeed, unfur ...

2016 Domaine Bonneau du Martray Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru (1.5L)

95 points Vinous: "(production was half of normal in 2016; aged in 30% new oak and bottled at the beginning of April of this year): Pale yellow-green. High-pitched aromas of citrus peel, menthol, lavender and white pepper. Extremely tight without coming across as austere, conveying striking purity to its bracing flavors of grapefruit pith, lemon and crushed stone. Adamant minerality gives this very dense wine terrific inner-mouth tension and yet there's an element of leavening sweetness here as well, not to mention compelling floral perfume throughout. 2014 Arnaud Ente Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru "Les Champs Gains" (1.5L) (OWC)
Bid on this magnum of 2014 Arnaud Ente Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru "Les Champs Gains" (1.5L) (OWC - 94JG, (91-93BH)) in original wood. John Gilman: "(Puligny-Montrachet “Champgains”- Domaine Arnaud Ente) The new addition of Champgains is absolutely stellar in 2014 as well. These nearly sixty year-old vines have produced a classic example that has a bit more depth at the core than the Referts, but which is equally racy and refined. The bouquet offers up scents of white peach, apple, a fine base of chalky soil tones, orange zest and just a hint of vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, complex and absolutely complete in personality, with a fine core, bright acids and excellent cut and grip on the very long, very elegant finish. Chapeau! Drink between 2021-2050." (04/2016)

1995 Domaine Leflaive Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru (1.5L)
Bid on this magnum of 1995 Domaine Leflaive Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru (1.5L) (95BH, 95RP, 94VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Leflaive's 1995 Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru is showing well, unfurling in the glass with a complex and rich bouquet of peach, mandarin, confit lemon, honeycomb, saffron and freshly baked bread. On the palate, it's full-bodied, satiny and layered, with a deep and concentrated core, its chewy chassis of dry extract enveloped in fleshy fruit, and it's still lively and vibrant as it approaches its 24th birthday. This was a year of low yields—a cold spell disrupted flowering—and a warm summer, and that's reflected by this muscular, powerful Chevalier. (WK)" (07/2019)

2014 Domaine Arnaud Ente Meursault (1.5L) (OWC)
Bid on this magnum of 2014 Domaine Arnaud Ente Meursault (1.5L) (OWC - 91JG, 91VN) in original wood. Vinous: "(aged in two-year-old foudres and a single new barrel, which Ente referred to as "insignificant"): Complex scents of lemon, orange oil, nutmeg and mace, plus a hint of leesy hazelnut; a real essence of fresh village Meursault. Wonderfully suave and alive on the palate, with peach and orange flavors given a piercing quality by an element of dusty stone. Finishes bracing and long, with lovely salinity. (Ente's 2014 Bourgogne Chardonnay, while not as squeaky-clean as the 2015 version, delivers a tactile texture and lovely energy and lift to its flavors of lemon, lime and toasted-bread leesiness. It's an exceptional Bourgogne Blanc.) (ST)" (09/2016)
