Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2015 Morlet "Coup de Coeur" Sonoma County Chardonnay (100RP, 95VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "A selection of the finest barrels of Old Wente clone wines from the Ma Douce and Ma Princesse vineyards, the 2015 Chardonnay Coup de Coeur struts gorgeous ripe pear and warm peach character on the nose with exotic touches of mandarin peel, fresh ginger, star anise, coriander seed and cloves, with touches of toasted cashews and honey-drizzled croissant. Medium to full-bodied, rich, intense and totally decadent even at this youthful stage, it delivers both power and finesse in equal portions, with a silken texture and just enough freshness, finishing with epic length. Mind-blowing. 125 cases made. (LPB)" (10/2017)
Starting Bid: $290.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2015 Aubert "CIX" Sonoma Coast Chardonnay (100RP, 96VN, 95WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2015 Chardonnay CIX Estate has the most alluring, singular, beguiling nose so that it cannot fail to impress. Revealing notes of candied ginger, nutmeg, aniseed, apple pie and pear tart, it delivers a full-on bombastic, richly fruited and decadently creamy palate, beautifully contrasted by a seamless line of freshness, finishing multilayered and with epic persistence. Wow. (LPB)" (10/2017)
Starting Bid: $363.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2016 Kistler "McCrea Vineyard" Sonoma Mountain Chardonnay (93JD, 93RP, 93VN, 92WS). Vinous: "The 2016 Chardonnay McCrea Vineyard is expressive, creamy and wonderfully open-knit. Savory and phenolic in style, the McCrea has a ton of personality. Dried pear, hazelnut, tangerine, sage, menthol, and smoke all add shades of nuance to this inviting Chardonnay from Kistler. (AG)" (05/2019)
Starting Bid: $195.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2016 Peter Michael "Cuvée Indigène" Knights Valley Chardonnay ((96-98RP), 95VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2016 Chardonnay Cuvee Indigene offers up exuberant green mango, white peach and lemon zest notes with touches of cashews, lightly browned toast and white blossoms. The medium-bodied palate fills the mouth with mouthwatering perfumed citrus flavors, which are complemented by the silken texture, finishing on a chalky note. (LPB)" (10/2017)
Starting Bid: $300.00

Bid on this magnum of 2002 Domaine Louis Latour Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru (1.5L).
Starting Bid: $155.00

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2017 Domaine Fontaine-Gagnard Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru "La Maltroie" ((89-91VN), 90BH, 90JG). Vinous: "Pale yellow. Pear and white flowers on the nose. Concentrated but stony and closed on the palate, showing less fruit in the early going than the Chenevottes. Tactile, salty wine with good breadth but only moderate length and grip. Incidentally, these virused, very old (about 70 years) vines, which typically yield very small grapes, produced less than 40 hectoliters per hectare in 2017 after suffering badly from the frost in 2016, and Céline Fontaine told me that they need to be replanted soon. (ST)" (09/2018)
Starting Bid: $240.00

Bid on this magnum of 2016 Peter Michael "La Carrière" Knights Valley Chardonnay (1.5L) (97JS, 96JD, 95RP, 94VN). James Suckling: "A very complex yet subtle white with sliced cooked lemons, cream and hints of praline. Medium-to full-bodied, dense and layered with pretty fruit and lemon meringue. Love the savory and flavorful finish. Drink or hold." (05/2019)
Starting Bid: $140.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2014 Rochioli "Sweetwater Vineyard" Russian River Valley Chardonnay (96RP, 96WE, 95VN, 90WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2014 Chardonnay Sweet Water, which again is from old Wente, is one of the fullest of the wines, with terrific fruit intensity, crisp acids, and a full-bodied nose of white peach, pineapple, honeysuckle, caramelized citrus and delicate oak. All of these single vineyard wines see one-third to 40% new oak, but none of it is noticeable in the wines. (RP)" (03/2016)
Starting Bid: $240.00

Bid on this magnum of 2000 Domaine Ramonet Montrachet Grand Cru (1.5L) (96BH, (91-93RP)). Allen Meadows - Burghound: "The most complete of these wines with a dash of each of them. Fresh, bright and beautifully detailed aromas of green apple and roasted nuts lead to massive, marvelously intense, muscular flavors of simply incredible complexity and palate staining force. Quite elegant and remarkably well balanced for such a massive wine and this delivers wave after wave of sappy extract on the seemingly never-ending finish. It never ceases to amaze me how Montrachet can be so big yet so light on the palate. A great Ramonet Montrachet." (07/2003)
Starting Bid: $2,750.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2007 Marcassin "Marcassin Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Chardonnay (99RP, 95WS, 94DC). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "A staggering Chardonnay that’s still an infant, the light yellow/green/gold 2007 offers up notes of unbuttered popcorn, orange liqueur, lemon butter, quince and crushed rocks. It possesses terrific underlying acidity, a full-bodied mouthfeel and a youthfulness and freshness that suggest this wine has two decades of life ahead of it. This majestic Chardonnay seems more French than Californian, but again, this reflects the significance of the labor of these two overachieving, push-the-envelope visionaries. What California viticulture and high-class, minimalist winemaking can achieve is exhibited in bold fashion by this 2007. It will hit its prime in 5-7 years, and appears to be a replay of the 2002 stylistically as well as for its overall potential. (RP) 99+" (06/2012)
Starting Bid: $390.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2011 Peter Michael "Ma Belle-Fille" Knights Valley Chardonnay (94RP, 93ST, 92VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Typically, there is much less of the 2011 Chardonnay Ma Belle Fille (1,390 cases), which displays good acidity for this vintage. There is a greenish hue to its light gold color and the nose exhibits notes of wet stones, quince, white currants and pineapple. (RP)" (12/2013)
Starting Bid: $180.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2016 Peter Michael "La Carrière" Knights Valley Chardonnay (96JD, 95RP, 94VN). Jeb Dunnuck: "The 2016 Chardonnay La Carrière comes from volcanic ash soils which aren't too common in Knights Valley. It offers terrific notes of white peach, white flowers, oyster shell and undeniable minerality. Medium to full-bodied, pure, and elegant, it has beautifully integrated acidity, a silky, classic texture, and a great finish. This is mostly Hyde clone." (06/2018)
Starting Bid: $140.00

Bid on this bottle of 1994 Domaine Ramonet Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru.
Starting Bid: $365.00

Bid on this bottle of 2017 Aubert "Eastside Vineyard" Russian River Valley Chardonnay (98RP, 98VN, 96JS). Vinous: "The 2017 Chardonnay Eastside Vineyard is one of the more overt wines in this range. Lemon confit, tangerine, marzipan, white flowers all develop in this overt, plush Chardonnay. This Russian River site, planted with Montrachet clone Chardonnay, yields wines of real distinction. The 2017 was breathtaking when I tasted it from tank prior to bottling. It is all that, and more, today. What a wine! Drink through 2031. (AG)" (05/2019)
Starting Bid: $118.00

Bid on this 5-bottle lot of 2015 Rochioli "Sweetwater Vineyard" Russian River Valley Chardonnay (96RP, 96VN). Vinous: "The 2015 Chardonnay Sweetwater emerges from a hillside parcel planted with the Wente clone. The first thing that is evident about the Sweetwater is a distinctly Burgundian element of reduction in the aromatics. Silky and creamy on the palate, the 2015 possesses striking texture and nuance from start to finish. This is a knock out wine from Rochioli. (AG)" (03/2017)
Starting Bid: $325.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2015 Peter Michael "Cuvée Indigène" Knights Valley Chardonnay (99RP, 94VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2015 Chardonnay Cuvee Indigene is profoundly scented of honeyed apricots, pear tart, marzipan and brioche with hints of butterscotch, praline and baker’s yeast. The fine, fresh, medium-bodied palate has beautiful elegance and depth, with a minerally core and a citrus lift on the very long, creamy finish. Stunning. (RP)" (10/2017)
Starting Bid: $260.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2013 Rochioli "Sweetwater Vineyard" Russian River Valley Chardonnay (95RP, 93VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Corton-Charlemagne-like scents of white currants, wet rocks, honeyed citrus and pears jump from the glass of the exquisite 2013 Chardonnay Sweetwater (an Old Wente selection from Kistler’s ranch). A gorgeous texture builds incrementally to a medium to full-bodied, pure white wine that admirably displays Tom Rochioli’s craftsmanship. Drink it over the next 5-7 years. (RP)" (12/2014)
Starting Bid: $156.37

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2017 Aubert Sonoma Coast Chardonnay Horizontal, including 1-bottle of 2017 Aubert "Lauren Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Chardonnay (100RP, 98JS, 98VN, 94WS), 1-bottle of 2017 Aubert "Powder House" Sonoma Coast Chardonnay (97JS, 97RP, 95VN), and 1-bottle of 2017 Aubert "UV-SL Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Chardonnay (99RP, 98JS, 97VN, 95WS). Of the 2017 Aubert "Lauren Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Chardonnay,Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "Mark Aubert notes that this is a complex vineyard. It is planted to four different clones: two Old Wente clones, Mount Eden and Corton Charlemagne. The 2017 Chardonnay Lauren Estate starts out with a quiet intensity of ripe pears, apricot tart and spiced apples notes, growing exponentially to reveal a whole spectrum of savory/earthy nuances: marzipan, cashews, yeast extract, oolong tea, chalk dust and nutmeg. Full-bodied, the palate truly lets off the flavor fireworks, giving up loads of citrus, stone fruit, pears and savory flavors plus

Bid on this bottle of 1990 Roederer "Cristal" Brut Champagne (97RP, 94VN, 94WS, 90ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 1990 Cristal is a dramatic, sweeping wine endowed with masses of apricots, peaches, flowers and minerals. A large-scaled Cristal, the 1990 combines size with clarity and focus in a remarkably complete style that recalls the 1982. The wine remains generous on the palate, with stunning length and a finish that lasts forever. The 1990 Cristal is 62% Pinot Noir, 38% Chardonnay. Just a small portion of the wine (7-10%) underwent malolactic fermentation... Anticipated maturity: 2009-2023. (AG)" (03/2009)
Starting Bid: $340.00

Bid on this bottle of 2013 Domaine Fontaine-Gagnard Montrachet Grand Cru (96JG, 95BH, (92-95VN), 94RP). John Gilman: "The 2013 Bâtard-Montrachet from Domaine Fontaine-Gagnard is equally brilliant, soaring from the glass in a primary blend of apple, pear, a touch of crème patissière, chalky soil tones, spring flowers, a touch of fresh almond and a stylish base of vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and again quite bottomless at the core, with great elegance for young Bâtard, racy acids and laser-like focus on the very, very long, poised and utterly classic finish. Another legend in the making. (Drink between 2021-2055)" (11/2014)
Starting Bid: $410.00

Bid on this bottle of 2017 Aubert "Larry Hyde and Sons Vineyard" Carneros Chardonnay ((96-97JS), 97RP, 96WS, 95VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2017 Chardonnay Larry Hyde & Sons explodes from the glass with bombastic lime cordial, pink grapefruit and rhubarb pie scents with suggestions of fresh ginger, green mango and acacia honey plus a touch of praline. Full-bodied, the palate has a wonderfully savory undercurrent with brioche nuances complementing the powerful tropical fruit, framed by great freshness, finishing with epic length. (LPB)" (10/2019)
Starting Bid: $99.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2017 Kongsgaard "The Judge" Napa Valley Chardonnay (100RP, 96VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2017 Chardonnay The Judge prances out of the glass with flamboyant notes of baked pineapple, green mango, apricot preserves and nutmeg with underlying nuances of sea spray, lime blossoms, yuzu, almond croissant and crushed rocks plus a waft of beeswax. Full-bodied, the palate is charged with amazing energy, featuring loads of tightly knit layers and a scintillating backbone of freshness, finishing with decadent creaminess and with that lingering “The Judge” mineral signature coming through at the very tail end. (LPB)" (11/2019)
Starting Bid: $725.00

Bid on this bottle of 2007 Morlet "Coup de Coeur" Sonoma County Chardonnay (98RP, 94ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "From a selection of the finest barrels, the remarkable 2007 Chardonnay Coup de Coeur is similar to its siblings, but one can sense Luc Morlet’s decision making in that it is richer, deeper, and fuller – as hard as that is to believe. (RP)" (02/2010)
Starting Bid: $85.00

Bid on this bottle of 2007 Salon Blanc de Blancs Brut Champagne (99WE, 97JS, 96JG, 96RP, 96VN, 96W&S). Wine Enthusiast: "This legendary Champagne, only produced in exceptional years, comes from the village of Le Mesnil in the Côte des Blancs. It is made from 100% Chardonnay and aged for many years before release. Its minerality, concentration and beautiful fruit are still astonishingly young and deserve further aging. *Cellar Selection* (RV)" (12/2018)

Bid on this bottle of 2001 J.-F. Coche Dury Meursault "Caillerets" ((92-94RP), 90ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Peaches, apricots, and spices are found in the redolent aromatics of the 2001 Meursault Caillerets. A honeyed, feminine wine, its personality at this stage is reminiscent of a great Meursault-Charmes, satin-textured, deep, dense, and focused. Loads of pulp-laden pears and spices can be found throughout its exceptional personality and finish. (PR)" (06/2003)
Starting Bid: $800.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2009 Peter Michael "Ma Belle-Fille" Knights Valley Chardonnay (95ST, 93RP, 91WS). Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar: "Hazy yellow. Heady, exotically perfumed bouquet of dried pear, peach pit, candied lemon, iodine and smoky lees, plus a suave floral quality and a touch of anise. Enters rich and weighty but quickly gains tension, offering zesty citrus and orchard fruit flavors and an intense, almost saline mineral underpinning. Finishes smoky and extremely long, with the iodine and pear notes echoing. I find the interplay of richness and minerality to be really intriguing. (ST)" (06/2011)
Starting Bid: $120.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2013 Aubert "Lauren Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Chardonnay (98RP, 97VN, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2013 Chardonnay Lauren Estate is made from 15-year-old vines from the old Wente and Mt. Eden clones of Chardonnay planted in Goldridge soils. This wine offers loads of nectarine, honeysuckle, liquefied rock, quince and white currants. The wine has incredible richness, no real evidence of any of the 100% new oak it is aged in, and a multi-dimensional, long finish. This compelling Chardonnay is still young and capable of lasting 10-15 years. (RP) 98+" (12/2015)
Starting Bid: $285.00

Bid on this 5-bottle lot of 2012 Littorai Sonoma Coast Chardonnay. Winemaker's note: "After two difficult years in 2010 and 2011 when the growing seasons were particularly challenging for chardonnay, 2012 proved to be a year of improved, but moderate yields, even ripening and good berry size. The period immediately proceeding and following flowering was significantly warmer than 2010 or 2011 and chardonnay vines do enjoy a warm spring. All of the vineyards were picked between September 25th and October 5th. Primary fermentations were relatively rapid but malolactics were lazy, finishing between June and December of 2013. The 2012s are relatively rich wines, certainly having more mid palate weight than 2010 or 2011, yet the acidities are virtually identical to 2011. The result is wines which are more voluptuous on the palate and remind us of 2007. They should age very well." (2014)
Starting Bid: $175.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2012 Marcassin "Marcassin Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Chardonnay (100RP, 99JD). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2012 Chardonnay Marcassin Vineyard, which will probably be released in a few months, displays great minerality, notes of honeysuckle, orange marmalade, poached pear, and white flowers as well as a touch of quince. A wine of great intensity, yet incredibly ethereal elegance, this light greenish gold-colored wine is full-bodied, stunningly rich, and altogether remarkable. When you consider that they use 100% new French oak and 100% heavy toast for both their Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs, it is remarkable how little oak appears in these wines. This wine should age well for 10-15 years, as most of the Marcassin Estate Chardonnays have done to date. Drink through 2031. (RP)" (03/2016)
Starting Bid: $828.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Rochioli "South River" Russian River Valley Chardonnay (96WE, 95RP, 94VN, 90WS). Wine Enthusiast: "Citrus-kissed saltiness lies at the core of this incredibly delicious, deliriously crafted wine, from the great grape grower in the heart of the Russian River Valley. Beautifully crisp, it lingers in stony minerality and a freshness of apricot, memorable from first sip to last. *Editors' Choice* (VB)" (10/2016)
Starting Bid: $150.00

Bid on this bottle of 2017 Aubert "CIX" Sonoma Coast Chardonnay (99RP, 98JS, 97VN, 94WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Planted in 2008 to Montrachet clone, the 2017 Chardonnay CIX Estate is so delightfully savory, you could make a whole meal of it! It opens with bags of praline, pain grille, allspice and dill seed notions over a core of baked apples, pear tart, aniseed and lime leaves plus a touch of sea spray. Full-bodied, the palate has fantastic texture with a little chewy grip countering the slight oiliness and supporting the savory layers beautifully, finishing long and refreshing. Man, I just personally love the style of this wine! (LPB)" (10/2019)
Starting Bid: $121.00

Bid on this bottle of 1990 Salon "Le Mesnil" Brut Blanc de Blancs Champagne (98JS, 97WS, 93ST). James Suckling: "This vintage is dense and reminds me of white truffles. Plus, there are bread dough and ripe fruit undertones. It's full-bodied, rich and layered. Fabulous. Seems to grow in density with air. " (06/2016)
Starting Bid: $725.00

Starting Bid: $342.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2015 Rochioli "South River" Russian River Valley Chardonnay (94RP, 94VN). Vinous: "The 2015 Chardonnay South River is rich, powerful and phenolic. Floral, savory and mineral notes are pushed forward, while the fruit is more in the background. The South River is a wine of structure above all else, and it has plenty of that. (AG)" (03/2017)
Starting Bid: $150.00

Of the 2013 Long Meadow Ranch "Farmstead" Napa Valley Chardonnay, The 2013 Farmstead Chardonnay is sourced from the southern part of Napa Valley, which is one of the coolest parts of the appellation due to the influence of the San Pablo Bay. Bid on this bottle of 2008 Louis Latour Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru (95WE, (92-94BH), 92WS). Wine Enthusiast: "Louis Latour has one of the largest landholdings in this famed vineyard and makes a classic, powerful Corton Charlemagne. The acidity of 2008 gives this wine even greater complexity and a purity of line to go with the power and density. Certainly for aging. - R.V. " (11/2010)
Starting Bid: $122.00

Bid on this magnum of 2015 Rhys "Bearwallow" Blanc de Blancs Anderson Valley Sparkling Wine (1.5L). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "This is the first sparkling wine from Rhys vineyard. From the Bearwallow vineyard and made using the traditional method, the 2015 Blanc de Blancs opens a touch rubbery on the nose, with a core of bruised apples, mushroom, hay and pastry notes from its 30 months tirage (this bottle was disgorged in July 2019). The palate is medium-bodied and dry with finely beaded mousse and savory/toasty character, finishing with just enough freshness. (EB)" (02/2020)
Starting Bid: $126.69

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2016 Sandhi "Sanford & Benedict Vineyard" Sta. Rita Hills Chardonnay ((92-94VN), 93WS). Vinous: "The 2016 Chardonnay Sanford & Benedict emerges from one of the sections in this historic vineyard planted with own-rooted vines. Lemon confit, white flowers, apricot and lightly tropical notes are woven together in a finessed, wonderfully nuanced Chardonnay full of character and personality. If California has a classification of vineyard site, Sanford & Benedict would sit at or near the top. This is a terrific expression of site. (AG)" (09/2018)
Starting Bid: $70.00

Bid on this bottle of 1986 Krug "Clos du Mesnil" Brut Blanc de Blancs Champagne (98WS, 95W&S, 94ST). Wine Spectator: "Stops you in your tracks. Fascinating, from the barrel, fermented coconut, vanilla, pineapple and marmalade bouquet to the incredible richness and concentration, this is an original. The peach, vanilla, honey and tangerine flavors ride a crest of bracing acidity, dry and forceful, to a lingering aftertaste of spring blossoms and hazelnut. *Cellar Selection* (BS)" (11/2000)
